Diabetic Raisin Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. raisins
    2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. Sugar Twin
    1 tsp. soda
    3/4 c. oil
    1 c. plus 3 Tbsp. applesauce
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook raisins in 2 cups water for 5 minutes; drain well.
    Mix eggs, oil and applesauce.
    Add the dry ingredients.
    Mix well. Add the raisins.
    Mix well.
    Bake in 2 greased loaf pans in oven at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or in Bundt pan.
