Ingredients

3 c. grated sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. sugar, mixed with 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs
1 stick margarine, melted
2 c. milk
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Grate sweet potatoes very fine; add sugar and eggs, one at a time, beating well; then milk.
Add coconut and raisins.
Bake in large greased casserole or pudding pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve plain or with whipped cream.
Serves 10 or 12 people.
