Potatoes Celeste - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
2 c. sour cream
1 c. cream of chicken soup
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
3 Tbsp. minced onions
3 Tbsp. butter
crumbs for topping
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients; top with crumbs and butter.
Bake in 9 x 12-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Yields 8 to 10 servings.
