Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated or finely shredded potatoes, well drained
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. cream
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/8 to 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, onion, salt, pepper and baking powder.
    Stir in cream and eggs.
    Drop from a large spoon onto a well-greased hot pan.
    Brown on both sides in bacon drippings.
