Bev'S Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    2 tsp. salt
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    24 oz. cottage cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
    1 pkg. lasagna noodles
Preparation
    Brown beef in oil; add next 6 ingredients.
    Simmer, uncovered, until thick (about an hour), stirring occasionally.
