Cinnamon Bread(Makes 2 Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 1/2 to 7 1/2 c. flour
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. water
    1/3 c. margarine
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix 2 cups flour, 6 tablespoons sugar, salt and yeast.
    Combine milk, water and 1/3 cup margarine.
    Heat 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0 in saucepan.
    Add to dry mix; beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Add eggs and 1/2 cup flour.
    Beat on high 2 minutes.
    Stir more flour to make stiff.
    Turn on floured board.
    Knead until smooth and elastic, 8 to 10 minutes.
    Place in greased bowl and grease top.
    Cover and rise until double (35 minutes).
    Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon.
    Punch dough down.
    Divide 1/2.
    Roll each 1/2 to 14 x 9-inch.
    Beat with melted margarine.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cinnamon mix. Tightly roll and shape into loaves.
    Place in greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Cover.
    Rise until double (35 minutes).
    Brush with egg white.
    Sprinkle each with 1/2 Crumb Topping.
    Loosely top with aluminum tent.
    Bake on low rack of oven at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Remove foil.
    Bake 5 minutes more.
    Cool on racks.
