Roasted Turkey Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. light olive oil
    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves or 1/2 tsp. dried
    1 tsp. fresh marjoram leaves or 1/2 tsp. dried
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) turkey breast (fresh or frozen and thawed)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a small bowl, whisk olive oil with parsley,
    thyme,
    marjoram, lemon zest, salt and pepper. With fingers, gently separate the skin from the breast meat.
