Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Spread coconut and pecans in a greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Prepare cake mix according to directions on box.
Spread batter over coconut and pecans.
Mix the remaining ingredients and spread on top of cake batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
