Harvest Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large green zucchini, chopped
    1 large yellow zucchini, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) can corn, drained
    3 tomatoes, cored and cut in chunks
    2 to 3 cloves sliced garlic
    2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 medium red onion, chopped
Preparation
    In large, nonstick skillet, saute corn in olive oil until slightly brown.
    Add zucchini, onion and garlic.
    Cook until zucchini is slightly tender (about 1 minute).
    Add tomatoes; cover and cook until heated through.
    Serve hot or cold.
