Texas Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
pinch of salt
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sq. bitter chocolate
Preparation

Beat egg yolks lightly and add milk.
Mix flour, cornstarch and 2/3 cup sugar.
Add to first mixture with butter.
Cook over low flame or in double boiler until thickened.
