Amuma Delfina'S Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. buttermilk
2 sticks margarine
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. water
1 tsp. baking soda
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift together sugar and flour. Bring margarine, water and cocoa to boil. Pour over flour and sugar and mix well. Add eggs, buttermilk, cinnamon, soda and vanilla. Pour into greased jellyroll pan (13 x 8-inches). Bake 25 minutes at 375\u00b0. While cake is baking, prepare the icing.
