Layered Banana Pineapple Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. Sweet 'N Low
1/3 c. margarine, melted
3 bananas, sliced
8 oz. nonfat cream cheese
3 1/2 c. milk
2 (4 oz.) pkg. Jell-O vanilla pudding (no sugar)
20 oz. can crushed pineapple (in own juice), well drained
8 oz. Cool Whip lite, thawed
Preparation

Mix graham cracker crumbs, Sweet 'N Low and margarine well in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Press evenly onto bottom of pan.
Arrange banana slices on crust.
Beat cream cheese in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth.
Gradually beat in milk.
Add pudding mixes.
Beat until well blended.
Spread evenly over banana slices.
Spoon pineapple evenly over pudding mixture. Spread whipped topping over pineapple.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until ready to serve.
This is a dessert that most diabetics can eat.
