Baklava(Delicious Greek Dessert) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. shelled pecans and almonds
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 lb. filo pastry
    1 lb. butter, melted
Preparation
    Grind nuts coarsely.
    Mix with sugar, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.
    Line two baking pans, 10 x 15 x 2-inch with a sheet of filo and brush each generously with butter.
    Continue this process until you have 6 filo in each pan, each generously buttered. Sprinkle the top filo with a layer of nut mixture.
