Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. green tomatoes, chopped fine
    6 red peppers, chopped fine
    6 green peppers, chopped fine
    1 qt. onions, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. salt (canning salt)
    2 bunches celery, chopped fine
    1 qt. vinegar
    1 qt. sugar
    1 qt. mayonnaise
    1 jar mustard
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients
    together and let stand overnight. In the morning, drain and squeeze out the liquid.
    Add celery, vinegar and sugar.
    Boil 25 minutes.
    Take off heat and drain off all vinegar.
    Add mayonnaise and mustard.
    Mix and can.
