Oven-Browned Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, uncooked
    2 cans beef or chicken broth
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 large onion, chopped
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet, saute onion until tender.
    Mix all ingredients together and bake in a casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Do not stir while cooking.
