Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. each: baking powder, soda and cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    3 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt; set aside.
    In a bowl, combine sugar, oil and eggs; blend well all dry ingredients and blend thoroughly.
    Stir in carrots and nuts. Pour into loaf pan or Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Makes 3 loaves.
