Apricot Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 center cut pork chops
    1 medium can apricots
    1 medium onion, chopped
    oil
    flour
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and pepper in a bag.
    Add chops, a few at a time, and shake to coat.
    Brown chops in small amount of oil. Quarter apricots; add with onions to pot.
    Pour juice from apricots over meat.
    Cover and simmer about 20 minutes.
    Uncover and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Allow juices to thicken.
