Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. mayo
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. cream
2 eggs
2 1/2 lb. potatoes
chopped parsley
chopped onion
celery
celery seed
Preparation
-
Cook potatoes slowly until soft, yet firm.
In bowl combine other ingredients and whip until smooth.
Cook over low heat until becomes thickened.
Combine diced potato mixture, parsley, onion, celery and celery seed.
