Flaky Italian Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Biscuit Baking Mix
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine biscuit mix and spice in a bowl. Stir in milk just until moistened. Place on a floured board; knead 10 to 15 times. Roll out to 1/2-inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter and place on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. Yield:\t8 biscuits.
