Banana Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 banana, sieved
3 Tbsp. flour
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream butter and shortening together.
Add remaining ingredients in order listed, beating well after each addition. Beat at high speed of mixer until creamy.
Spread on cooled cake.
