Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. kraut, washed and drained
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 onion
    pimento for color
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Pour all ingredients over kraut and mix.
    Put in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
    Add salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
