Carrot Zucchini Muffins - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. rolled oats
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. skim milk
3 Tbsp. oil
2 egg whites
1 c. finely shredded carrots
1/2 c. shredded unpeeled zucchini
Preparation

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 12 muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray or line muffin cups with paper baking cups and spray cups with nonstick cooking spray.
