Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. shortening or butter, melted
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix water and yeast.
    Add all other ingredients and mix well. With a large spoon, spoon into muffin tins which have been sprayed with Pam.
    Bake immediately 20-25 minutes at 400\u00b0.\tMakes 2 dozen.
