Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 stick Bleu cheese
    1 large stick cream cheese
    1 jar Old English cheese
    1 c. onion, finely chopped
    nuts, finely chopped (optional)
    parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Blend cheeses and onion in a mixer.
    Form into a ball and roll ball into nuts.
    Garnish with parsley. Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight.
