Crustless Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
5 eggs
7/8 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of lemon juice

Preparation

Mix all together.
Pour into 8 x 8-inch greased pan.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes, until center is set.
If desired, shake cinnamon on top.
