Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. hot water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    5 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast, hot water and sugar.
    Let stand 10 minutes. Add the oil, buttermilk and soda.
    Stir; add the flour.
    Mix well. Chill in refrigerator 2 hours or overnight, covered.
    Take amount necessary and roll out on floured board. Bake at 400\u00b0 until browned.
    Dough will keep at least 1 week in refrigerator.
