Heka - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Peanut Oil
    2 Slabs Round Steak
    1 Large Bottle Soy Sauce
    3/4 c. Sugar
    2 Pkgs. Carrots
    2 Stalks Celery
    3 Green Peppers
    4 Bunches Green Onions
Preparation
    Pour 3/4 cup peanut oil in a large pan (electric deep-fryer). Brown steak that has been cut in 2 1/2 inch diagonal strips.
    Add soy sauce and sugar.
    Simmer until time to add vegetables.
    About 40 minutes before serving time, add in this order: (all vegetables are cut in 2-3 inch strips) Carrots - 40 minutes, Celery - 25 minutes, Green Pepper - 15 minutes, Green Onions - 5 minutes.
