Sara'S Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. Roquefort or Bleu cheese dressing
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. dill
    2 bunches green onion
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 cucumber, chopped
    1 grated carrot
    1/2 c. cubed cheese
Preparation
    Mix all and chill. A bag of frozen vegetables and corkscrew macaroni can be substituted.
