Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (17 oz.) cans sweet potatoes, drained and mashed or use fresh baked sweet potatoes, mashed
1/4 c. miniature marshmallows
butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. honey
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine sweet potatoes, marshmallows, 1 tablespoon butter, salt and pepper.
Shape into 12 balls.
Place in baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Combine honey
and 1 tablespoon butter; heat.
Using two forks, roll each ball in honey mixture, then in nuts.
Return to baking dish.
Spoon 2 tablespoons butter over each ball.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
