Baked Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can mushrooms
    2 1/2 c. hot water (use liquid from mushrooms to make up 2 1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Spread rice over bottom of buttered casserole.
    Spread mushrooms over, then 1/2 soup mix.
    Brown pork chops and add.
    Add rest of soup mix and hot liquid.
    Seal casserole with aluminum foil.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Add more liquid, if needed.
