Italian Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. roast (chuck)
    1 onion, sliced
    1 pkg. au jus mix
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1 jar pepperoncini peppers (including juice)
Preparation
    Brown roast on high temperature. Put roast along with the rest of ingredients in slow cooker. Let simmer 8 hours. Serve on sandwich rolls with Swiss cheese.
