Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
    2 c. milk, scalded
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients in a 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole; mix thoroughly.
    Place casserole in baking pan with about 1-inch hot water.
    Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    Serve warm chilled with or without cream.
