Lima Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew beef or cubed chuck roast
    6 c. water
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 onion, diced
    2 (16 oz.) cans mixed vegetables, drained
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans
    2 c. dry egg noodles
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Combine the first seven ingredients and simmer for 2 hours. Add mixed vegetables, lima beans, noodles and pepper.
    Simmer 1 to 2 hours longer.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
