Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. frozen hash browns (southern style)
    1 lb. sausage (mild)
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    12 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    4 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cover bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch dish with hash browns. Brown onion with sausage.
    Drain and spread over potatoes.
    Cover with cheese.
    Mix eggs and milk.
    Season to taste.
    Pour over mixture in dish.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
