Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 c. cut nuts
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream the first 3 ingredients.
    Add next 4 ingredients.
    Sift and add last 4 ingredients.
    Combine ingredients as listed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
