Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 baking potatoes
1/4 c. onion, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 egg
4 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation

Bake potatoes at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and cut in half lengthwise.
Remove pulp, reserving skins.
Place pulp in mixing bowl.
Add onion, salt, pepper, margarine and egg.
Beat well, until fluffy.
Refill potato skins and arrange in a shallow baking dish with cut sides up.
Spoon sour cream over each half. Bake 10 minutes, until tops are lightly browned.
