Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. grated carrots
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. water
1 c. raisins
1/4 c. margarine
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Put into saucepan the carrots, sugar, water, raisins, margarine, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.
Bring to boil for 5 minutes.
Cool.
Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
Stir until blended.
Pour into 9-inch mold.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
