German Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. soft rye breadcrumbs
1 (10 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. caraway seed
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 lb. lean ground beef (ground turkey may be substituted)
commerical mustard sauce
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients, mixing well.
Add ground beef and mix thoroughly.
Shape into a 9-inch loaf pan; place on a lightly greased rack of a broiler pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
