Honey Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large chicken breasts, boned, skinned and halved
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon peel
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. light margarine
Preparation
    Melt margarine in baking pan; add honey, lemon juice and peel. Coat both sides of chicken pieces with mixture and bake, uncovered, 1/2 hour on each side.
    Baste occasionally.
    Bake until tender in moderate oven at 350\u00b0.
