Chicken Yucatan* - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breast halves
    chili powder (sprinkled thickly)
    curry powder (sprinkled thickly)
    1 large onion (chopped)
    1 large green pepper
    3 stalks celery (chopped)
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 large tomatoes (chopped or large can)
    1 qt. orange juice
Preparation
    Season
    chicken
    breasts
    with spices.
    Line a flat pan with aluminum
    foil.
    Place chicken in pan, distribute onion, celery, tomatoes
    and
    pepper
    over
    chicken.
    Pour in orange juice and marinate several hours.
    It's convenient to do this in
    the morning
    and
    forget until mid-afternoon.
    Cover with foil and bake
    at 300\u00b0 for 4 hours.
    Serve over saffron rice. Slow, long cooking very important.
    Serves 8.
