Roast Beef Mac And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) roast beef
    1 large can tomato juice
    1 lb. Colby cheese
    1 medium onion
    1 box macaroni
Preparation
    Put roast in a large and deep baking dish.
    Chop onion and put it on top of roast; cube cheese and put on top of that. Then pour tomato juice over all and put in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven. Make sure to cover with lid or foil.
    Cook until done or until tender, around 4 hours.
    Take out of oven and put macaroni in and stir until all macaroni is covered.
    Return to oven and cook until macaroni is tender.
    Let stand a few minutes and enjoy.
