Baked Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked carrots, drained
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 onion, chopped medium
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 c. milk
    dash of pepper
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation
    Drain carrots. Melt oleo in a pan with onion.
    Let simmer. Stir in flour, salt, mustard, pepper, celery salt and cheese. Pour milk in gradually. Grease casserole.
    Layer everything. Cover with croutons.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
