Quantity German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 c. thin sliced potatoes
    12 eggs
    30 slices crisp bacon
    2 c. chopped onion
    2 1/4 c. Indian Summer vinegar
    2 1/4 c. water
    6 Tbsp. flour
    3 dashes pepper
    1/2 c. bacon grease
    4 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. + 6 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets.
    When done, drain off water and set in refrigerator until cold.
    Cook bacon and use 1/2 cup grease to saute onions until tender, but not brown.
    Peel potatoes and put in large bowl.
    Crumble bacon and put with potatoes, then add the hard-boiled eggs (chopped) to potatoes and bacon.
    Stir or mix together.
