Ham Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground beef
3 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
1 3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
2 lb. ground pork (not sausage)
3 eggs
2 c. milk
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 cans tomato soup
Preparation
-
Combine meats, crackers, eggs and milk.
Mix well.
Shape meatballs by hand or use large ice cream dipper.
Place in baking dish.
