Persian Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain rice
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. candied ginger, minced
    3/4 c. finely chopped walnut meats
Preparation
    Cook rice until tender.
    Drain.
    Mix butter, ginger and nuts; cook slowly for 5 minutes.
    Mix with rice.
    Place in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole and bake, covered, 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
