Alpine Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, diced chicken breasts
1 c. diced celery
1 c. toasted bread cubes
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. parsley
4 oz. Swiss cheese in thin strips
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in 2-quart casserole dish and mix carefully.
Bake, uncovered, for 35 to 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven. Serves 4 to 6.
