Meal-In-A-Skillet(Weight Watchers Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. cooked ground turkey, crumbled
    2 Tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. cooked sliced carrots
    1 c. canned French-cut green beans
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. each: salt, pepper and garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a skillet.
    Cook over low heat 20 minutes.
    Each serving provides 3 P, 5 V and 1 B.
