Hot Cheesy Beef Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 1/2 oz. jar dried beef
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/4 c. finely chopped green onion
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Saute nuts in butter 3 to 5 minutes.
Drain on paper towels. Chop dried beef finely and set aside.
Combine cream cheese and milk.
Beat at medium speed until smooth.
Stir in beef, green pepper, onion, garlic and pepper and mix well.
Stir in sour cream. Spoon into 1 quart greased casserole.
Sprinkle nuts on top; bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Serve with assorted crackers.
Yield: about 2 cups.
