Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. pistachio instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. plain yogurt
3/4 c. melon liquor (Medori)
1/2 tsp. coconut extract
Preparation

In a large bowl, place all ingredients.
Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes in pan, then turn onto wire rack and cool completely.
