Ambrosia Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
    1/2 orange, thinly sliced
    6 to 7 c. sliced, cooked or canned sweet potatoes, drained
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shredded coconut
    maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Alternate lemon, orange and sweet potato slices in an 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 11 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Combine crushed pineapple, brown sugar, butter and salt; pour over potatoes and fruit.
    Sprinkle coconut over top; garnish with cherries.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
